  1. Initiate Return
    Fill out a quick return request form.

    Choose your return type: Exchange or Refund.

  2. We’ll be in touch
    You’ll receive an email from us shortly with the return address and further instructions.

  3. Send it back
    Send the product/s back to us with a service of your choice.

    The return postage is your responsibility, but if you’re exchanging for another product, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item*.

In the case of defective or incorrect products, we will cover all postage costs.

All return items must be returned within 90 days of receipt (date of delivery), in original condition with no signs of wear and in the original retail packaging, all tags and barcodes intact.

*Australian/NZ orders only. For all other countries, a postage fee equal to the original postage cost paid will be required for exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following items, unless they remain sealed & unworn:

  • Earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Socks, Hosiery & Underwear
